About the Role
Join our dynamic team as an Environmental Health & Safety Professional to make a meaningful impact on workplace safety and environmental sustainability. This role exists to foster a robust safety culture and drive continuous improvement in our operations. You will partner with production and management to address concerns, actively seek new methods to enhance efficiency, and assist in developing waste management programs to improve sustainability initiatives.
Your day-to-day will involve conducting regular safety audits, hazard assessments, and root-cause analyses to identify risks. You will investigate injuries, near misses, and incidents to ensure effective corrective actions are implemented. Additionally, you will play a key role in the plantwide safety and ergonomics teams, helping to prevent musculoskeletal disorders and maintaining the integrity of our EHS management system.
