Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCollect, validate, and organize regional safety documentation including inspections, audits, and incident reports
- check_circleSchedule and track regional employee safety training and maintain accurate records in compliance systems
- check_circleAssist with the implementation of regional safety campaigns, initiatives, and awareness programs
- check_circleTrack regional corrective actions and escalate overdue items to site leadership or the Regional Safety Manager
- check_circleMaintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) within the relevant regional platform
- check_circleMaintain inventory of PPE supplies, issue equipment to employees, and coordinate replacement orders
- check_circlePrepare documentation and files for internal and external audits while ensuring timely digital filing
- check_circleCoordinate and document regional safety meetings by sending invitations, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verified2+ years of administrative experience
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- verifiedAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Safety, or related field preferred
