Our mission drives us to provide meaningful, evidence-based support to children and young adults, fostering environments where every individual can thrive. We are committed to building a positive, inclusive culture that values collaboration, respect, and continuous growth for both our clients and our team.
We are seeking an Education Program Director (BCBA) to lead our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. You will serve as a bridge between clinical excellence and operational success, ensuring that our ABA-based programs deliver high-quality, research-based outcomes for children and young adults.
In this position, you will not only supervise and mentor a diverse team of teachers, behavior technicians, and clinical staff but also champion a culture of professional development. Interested candidates are invited to apply with their resume and a cover letter outlining their experience in ABA program leadership. The selection process typically includes an initial screening, followed by a series of interviews with the leadership team to discuss clinical expertise, management philosophy, and cultural fit. We are committed to a transparent and efficient hiring journey.
