About the Role

This Education Application Analyst role supports Banner and DegreeWorks within the Education Technology Center, ensuring reliable academic data, degree audits, and student progression for MCCMS programs. The position serves as a primary support for software applications across the Education Shield, acting as a liaison between business and technical areas during the planning process.

You will collaborate across Education, IT, and vendors to maintain system stability, resolve issues, and support ongoing SIS enhancements and modernization initiatives. This is a limited tenure 2-year position that requires a combination of remote and on-site work; individuals must live within a 100-mile driving distance to the Arizona, Jacksonville, or Rochester Mayo Clinic campus.
