We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to support and enhance grant management platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server programming and strong hands-on experience in .NET development. This role is designed for those who thrive in product development environments, preferably within public sector, higher education, or nonprofit grant management ecosystems.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex backend data processing and intuitive user experiences. You will work on building scalable, data-intensive applications that manage the full grant lifecycle, from application intake and review to award, compliance, and reporting. Your work will directly impact how stakeholders interact with critical funding data, requiring you to deliver solutions that are both technically robust and user-friendly.

Experience working on grant management systems or similar domains, including public sector, higher education, or nonprofit funding platforms. Familiarity with grant lifecycle processes, compliance requirements, and reporting needs. Experience in product-based development environments. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
