About the Role
This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to make a real impact. We are currently filling Assistant Teacher positions within our Fishers YMCA Early Learning program. Under the guidance of the Lead Teacher, you will directly supervise a group of children while engaging them in a variety of activities throughout the day.
Success in this role goes beyond supervision. You will support program success by interacting positively with parents, staff, and young children to develop trusting relationships. As a team member, you will foster social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth in our participants by demonstrating the YMCA Core Values: caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect.
