About the Early Careers Program

We believe that early career talent is an essential and vibrant part of our community. The Early Careers Program provides an exciting opportunity for participants to gain a feel for working at the Forum, bringing fresh ideas and valuable real-world experience. This program is designed for bachelor's and master's program graduates with a maximum of three years of cumulated work experience (inclusive of internships).

As a participant, you will work within specific functional areas, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to impactful projects. Throughout the program, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and develop a diverse skill set that can accelerate your career. You will have the opportunity to select content or industry areas you wish to focus on, ranging from Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains to Sustainability, Nature and Climate, and Regional Government Agenda.

Hiring and Selection Process

Applications are accepted until Sunday, 14 June 2026. To apply, please submit your resume and responses to application questions via the "Apply" link, indicating which functional and thematic areas best suit you.

The selection process includes the following steps:

  1. Resume Screening: Candidates who pass the initial review will be invited to complete an asynchronous video interview.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview: Candidates who perform well in the video interview will proceed to interviews with the hiring manager and a team member.
  3. Occupational Preferences: The hiring team will shortlist candidates to complete an occupational preferences questionnaire.
  4. Talent Acquisition Interview: Shortlisted candidates will have an interview with the Talent Acquisition team.
  5. Offer: Offers will be extended to selected candidates, contingent upon successful reference checks and background verification.
