The Dynamic PC Support position is designed to perform essential tasks related to the repair of a variety of client products. In this role, you will handle basic to moderately complex troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops, potentially supporting desk-side applications and infrastructure. You will interact directly with clients to address technical issues, ensuring responses are both timely and accurate.
Successful candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance. The role requires the ability to drive to client locations, including long distances and occasional overnight assignments in other geographies. Candidates must also own a basic repair tool kit and be capable of lifting or moving computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
