About the Role
The Dynamic PC Support position is designed to perform essential tasks related to the repair of a variety of client products. In this role, you will handle basic to moderately complex troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops, while potentially supporting desk-side applications and infrastructure. You will interact directly with clients to address technical issues, ensuring responses are both timely and accurate.
