About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Billing Business Analyst to serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will leverage deep expertise in the Duck Creek BillingCenter platform and the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to drive successful billing implementations.
Your day-to-day involves gathering and documenting complex business requirements, user stories, and process flows to ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will analyze intricate billing workflows, including invoicing, payments, and collections, while actively coordinating with developers and QA teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. From supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking to analyzing production issues, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
