About the Role

Join the growing Warfare Systems Business Group at HII-Mission Technologies! We are seeking a Mid-Senior Project Analyst (Systems Application Analyst) to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This role plays a key part in bridging business needs with technical solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, supporting data engineering and analysis activities, and contributing to the modernization of enterprise systems in AWS cloud environments.

The ideal candidate excels at understanding complex business processes, translating them into clear system specifications, and ensuring solutions deliver maximum value to DSCA stakeholders in the National Capital Region. You will act as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, facilitating requirements gathering sessions and collaborating on system design, integration, and deployment. Your work will directly impact the modernization of critical systems, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture standards and DoD compliance requirements.

Work Environment & Culture

This is a full-time Hybrid role based in the National Capital Region, requiring an in-office presence up to 3 days per week. To be successful in this position, you will need a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a secure, distraction-free workspace that meets company and government security requirements.
