As a Drug Screening Tech (OB Specialist), you will serve as the welcoming face for our candidates and clients in Raleigh, North Carolina. This essential role is designed to ensure the smooth execution of DOT and Non-DOT drug screenings and LiveScan fingerprint collections. You will be the critical link in maintaining the integrity of our screening processes, managing confidential information with the highest level of discretion, and supporting the overall success of our operations.
In this dynamic environment, you will thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member. Your day will involve delivering outstanding front-line customer service, managing call communications via Aircall, and tracking applicants through our internal systems. While the role is primarily onsite, it also includes occasional travel within North Carolina to support field operations.
