About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Driving Instructor to join our team, dedicated to preparing students to navigate the road safely. This role blends classroom instruction on rules and regulations with hands-on guidance on vehicle handling, maintenance, and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will help students build confidence behind the wheel, ensuring they can apply their knowledge in a practical, real-world setting.
We value candidates with extensive knowledge of driving safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to teach groups effectively. Preference is given to first responders and those with professional driving experience. A clean driving record and background check are required.
Work Environment & Schedule
We offer a great work environment with flexible hours to accommodate both full-time and part-time needs. Shifts generally occur in the afternoons and weekends, with flexibility available. Initial training is required unless you are already state-licensed; these training hours are also flexible, with a considerable portion available to be completed from home.
Compensation & Benefits
We provide competitive compensation (DOQ) with starting pay up to $62 annually, along with vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
