About the Role
As a Driver and Transportation and Housing Coordinator, you serve as a vital link between BullsEye and its workforce, ensuring employees have reliable transportation and secure housing at our work sites. This role is designed to support employee well-being and operational efficiency by managing logistics that allow our team to focus on their core responsibilities.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of employee transport, including driving staff to and from work and facilitating airport or bus station pickups. Beyond driving, you will act as a housing coordinator, monitoring employee accommodations, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with housing rules. Your presence helps maintain high morale by fostering friendly, professional relationships with employees and serving as a trusted point of contact for their questions and needs.
In this position, you will also represent BullsEye Jobs at customer locations, maintaining positive working relationships with site managers. You will collaborate with supervisors to optimize transportation costs, resolve logistical discrepancies, and, as time permits, assist in recruiting and interviewing new candidates. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to handle confidential information with integrity, and the capacity to address employee needs with empathy and positive judgment.
