Take your career further with McLane! We are offering a fully paid CDL-A Driver Training Program designed to launch your journey as a professional driver. This role is ideal for individuals ready to learn the essential functions of the Driver job, including the accurate and timely distribution of products to various customer locations. As a Driver Trainee, you will gain exposure to warehouse and other operational functions as part of the developmental process of becoming a McLane Driver.
McLane is offering a fully paid CDL-A School right here in Northfield, MN. This is your opportunity to start a rewarding career with excellent pay and benefits. The training schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, on-site in Northfield for the final four weeks of the program. To participate, candidates must obtain a CDL-A Permit prior to the class start.
While in school and training, you will earn $23.50 per hour. Upon completion and as a driver, you can expect an average first-year earning potential of $80,000 to $90,000, with a minimum guarantee of $65,000 per year. Benefits begin on day one, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA options, and company-paid life insurance. Additional perks include a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days, paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, and an educational assistance program.
