The Roll-Off Driver is the frontline of our waste removal operations, responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously serving customers across multiple business lines. In this role, you will collect waste from customer sites and transport it to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. You are the face of the company, expected to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with the public and clients on the road.
This is an outdoor position requiring you to work away from the branch location on a continuous basis throughout the day. You will operate in varying weather conditions, including rain, storms, and extreme temperatures, as well as in loud environments with moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. The role involves constant exposure to motor vehicle traffic and may occasionally require working in high or precarious places.
