CDL Driver - Roll-Off

About the Role

The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of business. In this role, you will collect waste from customer sites and transport it to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. You will operate roll-off trucks and ancillary equipment, ensuring all tasks are performed using prescribed techniques to eliminate mechanical failures and maintain route quality standards.

Working Environment

This is an outdoor position where you will work away from the branch location on a continuous basis throughout the day. The environment is frequently exposed to loud noise, humidity, and extreme weather conditions, including rain, storms, and temperature extremes. You will work in motor vehicle traffic constantly and may occasionally encounter high, precarious places. The role requires the ability to work in usually loud conditions and handle moving mechanical parts, vibration, and airborne particles.
