About the Role
The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of business. In this role, you will collect waste from customer sites and transport it to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. You will serve as the face of the company, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with customers and the general public on your route.
Working Environment
This position is primarily an outdoor role, with work performed 100% of the time in various weather conditions, including rain, storms, and extreme heat or cold. You will operate a roll-off truck and ancillary equipment in motor vehicle traffic, often in tight and high-traffic areas. The environment can be loud and may expose you to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and airborne particles. The role requires frequent travel away from the branch location throughout the day.
