About the Role
The Residential Driver is the face of our waste removal services, dedicated to safely and efficiently collecting solid waste and recyclables for our community. This role is essential to maintaining clean neighborhoods and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will be responsible for navigating curbside and backdoor routes, operating side-load or rear-load trucks, and managing the entire collection process from pickup to transport at post-collection facilities.
Beyond driving, you will serve as a professional representative of the company, interacting courteously with customers and the general public. The position requires a commitment to safety, route quality, and continuous improvement in routing efficiencies. Whether working alone or managing assigned helpers, you will ensure that prohibited items are identified and removed, vehicles are maintained in clean condition, and all safety protocols are strictly followed.
