CDL Driver - Front Load

About the Role

Front-End Drivers operate front-end trucks to provide waste and recyclable collection services for multi-family residential and commercial routes. In fulfillment of customer contracts, you will service multiple customers per day according to assigned routes, ensuring waste is transferred to the appropriate station, landfill, or drop-off location.

Working Environment

This position is primarily an outdoor role, working 100% of the time in varying weather conditions, including rain, storms, and extreme temperatures. The environment is typically loud and involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and airborne particles. Drivers spend approximately 75% of their time sitting while operating the vehicle, with frequent stops to enter and exit the truck, climb to the top to verify loads, and manually handle waste containers.
