About the Role

As an Agronomy Technician, you will be responsible for the safe and appropriate application of fertilization and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) needs across our landscape maintenance properties. You will play a vital role in identifying, diagnosing, and treating turf and ornamental issues as they arise, ensuring the health and aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.

Your day will involve preparing and mixing products according to strict label instructions and safety precautions, while operating hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment like Z sprayers. You will maintain accurate records of products used and ensure the safe operation of all vehicles and equipment. Beyond technical duties, you will serve as a face of Juniper, retaining customers through strong rapport, clear communication, and consistently meeting their expectations.
