About the Role

This position is designed for a dedicated driver who ensures effective, safe, and efficient delivery operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering packages on a scheduled route while resolving any service issues or complaints. Beyond driving, you will manage the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring all loads are properly secured for transport. The role requires adherence to strict safety protocols, including the handling of hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs in compliance with company processes and applicable laws. You will also maintain the assigned vehicle to ensure it remains in good, safe condition and assist with daily fulfillment center operations when not on the road.

Working Conditions

This role involves a mix of driving and physical activity. You will spend approximately 50% of your time moving and 50% in a stationary position. The job requires lifting and carrying up to 55 pounds, team lifting between 56 to 100 pounds, and moving loads on pallet jacks weighing up to 2,500 pounds. You will operate assigned vehicles, electronic driver logs, and general warehouse and office equipment. Please note that this position does not require overnight travel.
