About the Role

This position is designed for a dedicated professional who serves as the vital link between our operations and our customers. You will be responsible for performing effective, safe, and efficient driving duties, delivering packages to customers on a scheduled route while meeting strict service and performance objectives. Beyond the road, you act as the primary point of contact for customer service, helping to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.

Your day involves managing the full lifecycle of the shipment: loading and unloading assigned vehicles, ensuring all loads are properly secured, and handling hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs in strict accordance with company processes and applicable laws. You will also maintain the assigned vehicle to ensure it is always in good and safe condition, perform routine maintenance, and assist the fulfillment center in daily operations when not on delivery duties. Success in this role requires adherence to DOT regulations, biosecurity protocols, and a commitment to maintaining a secure, organized, and clean environment.
