About the Role
As a Drafting Manager based in Collinsville, Oklahoma, you will lead, coordinate, and develop a team dedicated to producing detailed engineering drawings and documentation. This pivotal role oversees drafting resources that support a wide array of internal groups, including Engineering, Fabrication, Purchasing, Sales, Aftermarket Services, external suppliers, and new product development initiatives.
In this onsite position, you will foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality equipment that meets or exceeds customer expectations. You will act as a bridge between technical requirements and execution, ensuring that the drafting team receives all necessary information for complete and accurate designs. Your leadership will be instrumental in diagnosing issues for fabrication and field teams, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements
- verifiedAssociate degree in Drafting or B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- verifiedMinimum 5 years of experience with pressure vessels, power piping, ducting, structural steel supports, and/or platforms
- verifiedStrong proficiency in SolidWorks, Inventor, and Microsoft Office tools
Nice to Have
Minimum 5 years of experience with ASME Section I boilers and pressure vessels.
