About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented manufacturing environment. You will be the backbone of the production line, responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of key packaging machinery, including Ronchi, Hartness, and labeler systems. Your day will involve starting and stopping equipment, performing minor process adjustments to ensure optimal quality and efficiency, and executing regular quality control checks throughout your shift.
You will work closely with your team to ensure that goods are produced in the correct quantities and strictly adhere to agreed-upon specifications. The role requires a high level of accountability, from accurately recording production data and problems encountered to ensuring all products are properly labeled and inventory counts are precise before items move to the warehouse. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to maintaining high cleanliness standards around the machines and work areas, managing changeovers, and troubleshooting issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements
