About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of our operations, working within a fast-paced environment that may include seasonal temperature variations. This role is designed to be dynamic; as an SC2 associate, you may be moved into various roles or SC1 roles as business needs dictate. You could find yourself operating material handling equipment like forklifts, cherry pickers, or electric pallet jacks to move products, or focusing on general cleaning, maintenance, and safety compliance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the specific area you are assigned to, such as Bulk/Material Handling, Receiving, Returns, or Shipping. Whether you are manually unloading trucks, organizing customer orders on pallets, or matching item quantities to packing slips, your work ensures the accuracy and safety of our operations. Safety is our utmost priority, and you will be expected to embrace our safety culture, ensuring safe work practices at all times.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic English language skills. The process includes a drug screen to the extent permissible by law. Successful applicants will be expected to adopt our safety procedures quickly and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers to resolve issues.
