About the Role
This position is responsible for supervising the activities of the sales staff assigned to the Quad Cities district and the surrounding market area. You will participate in establishing the region's sales plan and will be accountable for the sales, profitability, and accounts receivable performance of your district. As a team member within the department and organization, you will perform duties assigned to best serve the company, ensuring a safe and inclusive working environment that fosters a culture of rewards, recognition, and respect.
