About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role serves as the operational backbone for an average of three locations, ensuring they are built, operated, and closed with precision.
You will manage all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, controlling expenses, managing shrink, and handling payroll. Beyond daily management, you will lead the physical construction and setup of new stores, oversee the active retail season, and manage the tear-down and closing process. This position requires a hands-on leader who can navigate the fast-paced environment of a seasonal retail operation while maintaining high standards for employee relations and training.
