About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role is critical for executing the brand's seasonal strategy across an average of three locations.
You will manage all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance while handling payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations. Your responsibilities extend to the physical build-out of the season, including the construction and opening of stores, daily operations, and the final tear-down and closing procedures. This position demands a hands-on approach, requiring you to be on your feet for extended periods to set up fixtures, climb ladders, and manage inventory logistics.
