About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to driving the success of Spirit Halloween's retail operations. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role serves as the operational backbone for an average of three stores, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial construction and opening to the final tear-down.
As the District Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, payroll management, recruiting, training, and employee relations. Your focus will extend to maintaining strict expense controls and managing shrinkage. This position demands a hands-on approach, requiring you to actively participate in the physical setup of fixtures, the movement of inventory, and the daily rhythm of store life.
Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding, requiring in excess of eight hours of standing and walking daily. You must be capable of climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age with a flexible schedule. Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position. Weekly compensation ranges from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
