The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end operation of an average of three Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role is critical for driving sales, managing payroll, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during the peak holiday season.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the stores, including the construction and opening, daily operations, and the final closing and tear-down. Your day-to-day involves recruiting and training staff, managing employee relations, controlling expenses, and minimizing shrink. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, as you will be standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than eight hours a day.
This position offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,125 to $1,150, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria. Additionally, the role includes New Jersey Paid Sick Pay.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a flexible schedule. We are looking for individuals with 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
