The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end operations of an average of three Spirit Halloween stores. This role is critical to the brand's seasonal success, spanning from July through November.
You will manage all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations. Your responsibilities extend to financial stewardship through expense control and shrink management. A key component of the role involves the physical lifecycle of the stores: leading the construction and opening of locations, managing daily operations, and executing the closing and tear-down processes.
This position offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,125 to $1,150, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria. Additionally, the role includes New Jersey Paid Sick Pay.
This is a highly active role requiring in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking daily. The position demands the ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a flexible schedule, and have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
