About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end operation of an average of three Spirit Halloween stores. Spanning from July through November, this role is critical for driving sales, managing payroll, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during the company's peak season.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of store operations, including the construction and opening of new locations, daily management, and the final tear-down and closing procedures. Your day-to-day involves recruiting and training staff, managing employee relations, controlling expenses, and minimizing shrink. Success in this role requires a flexible schedule and the physical ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for over eight hours, as well as the capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds while setting up fixtures.
