The District Event Marketing Manager serves as the strategic leader for building brand awareness and generating sales leads within a designated district. This role is critical for bridging the gap between our innovative products and the communities we serve. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of event-based marketing initiatives, from sourcing direct-to-consumer events and managing budgets to executing flawless on-the-ground experiences.
In this position, you will recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Event Marketers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with local Operations and Installation Managers to grow our brand presence, managing complex event calendars, and ensuring that every trade show, home show, fair, and community event drives measurable ROI. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where a "roll up your sleeves" mentality is essential to win every day.
