About the Role
This position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining store product displays. Whether you join us as a Full-Time or Part-Time associate, you will play a key role in shaping the visual presentation of our store. The Builder is expected to create 20–25 displays per week, working closely with the Department Manager to ensure each display meets the department's specific needs.
Your day will involve collaborating with the Inventory Control Specialist to manage materials and submit write-offs, while also creating a monthly calendar to plan all upcoming display builds. All functions are carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
Working Environment
The role is performed in a warehouse environment where you may occasionally be exposed to moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy. The position requires physical exertion, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects, as well as frequent standing, walking, and using hands to handle tools and materials.
