About the Role
The Dispatcher serves as the operational hub for ground transportation and the efficient deployment of catering resources at our Des Plaines location. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless flow of catering services to aircraft, requiring you to manage driver scheduling, route planning, and real-time operational adjustments. You will be the primary point of contact for drivers, kitchen staff, and airline representatives, coordinating efforts to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. In this fast-paced environment, your ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues swiftly will directly support uninterrupted flight operations.
