About the Role
As a Dishwasher/Busser, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our team members and residents. Your primary focus will be ensuring the dining experience is seamless by cleaning tables, resetting them for the next service, and keeping water glasses full. You will manage the flow of dishware, tableware, and drinkware to the dish room, ensuring all equipment is washed, cleaned, and organized.
Beyond the kitchen and dining room, you may occasionally assist waitstaff by bringing food to tables or restocking dining essentials like napkins and tableware. This position is essential to the daily operations of our community, helping our team members and residents realize their full human potential.
