About the Role

The Crew Member is responsible for promoting a culture that embraces the company's core values of Quality, Service, Integrity, and Team Work. We are seeking both part-time and full-time employees to join our team in a fast-paced environment where every guest interaction matters.
Day in the Life
Your day will be dynamic, shifting between "Front of House" and "Back of House" responsibilities to ensure smooth store operations. On the front line, you will greet guests to create a welcoming environment, assist with menu selections, and handle phone and online orders. You will be the face of the brand, wrapping pizzas, providing verbal baking instructions, and ensuring orders are presented within our 3-minute door-to-door service time.
In the back of the house, you will focus on food preparation and safety. This involves learning to operate equipment like mixers, sheeters, and dicers, mixing dough to recipe standards, and managing product rotation to ensure quality. You will also maintain a neat, clean, and well-stocked assigned area, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards.
