We are seeking a dedicated Disabilities Plan Coordinator to join our Special Needs Adult Training Facility in Kittanning, PA. This full-time role is designed for individuals with a strong desire to help others and serve the community. You will be the backbone of our Day Program, providing essential instruction, daily care, and support to adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
In this position, you will do more than just supervise; you will be a Program Specialist who creates client goal plans, observes performance in various situations, and documents progress. Your day will involve teaching life skills, assisting with activities, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for our clients. You will play a vital part in implementing individualized program plans that empower our clients to reach their goals.
This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. We value work-life balance, so there are no evening shifts, weekends, or holiday work required.
