We are transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America's healthcare for the better. Family-owned and physician-led, our unique approach allows us to improve the health and well-being of the populations we serve. We are rapidly expanding as we seek to rescue more and more seniors from inadequate health care.
We are different than most primary care providers. We are changing lives every day for both our patients and our team members. We are looking for innovative, entrepreneurial-minded individuals whose work ethic and ambition are off the charts, and who inspire others with kindness and joy.
The Clinical Director is a pivotal leader within our rapidly growing organization, directly supervising and training primary care providers (PCPs) in an assigned center. This role exists to maximize core model execution, driving improvements in clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and satisfaction for both clinicians and patients.
The day-to-day of a Clinical Director blends high-level leadership with hands-on clinical practice. While accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of the center, the incumbent dedicates a portion of their time to direct patient care as a PCP or performing other clinical duties. The remainder of their time is focused on leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. This balance shifts based on factors such as PCP capacity, market needs, center size, and patient membership.
As a leader, you will manage, mentor, and coach PCPs to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. You will lead weekly Super Huddles and Transforming Care Meetings, perform leadership rounding, and partner with Center Operations Directors to drive financial performance and increase center membership. You will also play an active role in recruiting patients and interviewing additional providers to support our growth.
We offer great compensation, comprehensive benefits, career development, and advancement opportunities. Our employees enjoy great work-life balance and the chance to grow while making a difference in people's lives every single day.
ChenMed is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, religion, gender, or any other protected status.
