We are transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America's healthcare for the better. As a family-owned and physician-led organization, our unique approach allows us to improve the health and well-being of the populations we serve. We are rapidly expanding as we seek to rescue more and more seniors from inadequate health care.
We are different than most primary care providers. We are changing lives every day, for both our patients and our team members. We are looking for innovative, entrepreneurial-minded individuals whose work ethic and ambition are off the charts, and who inspire others with kindness and joy.
The Clinical Director is a pivotal leader within our rapidly growing team, directly supervising and training primary care providers (PCPs) in an assigned center. This role is designed to maximize core model execution, driving improvements in clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician and patient satisfaction.
The Clinical Director balances leadership responsibilities with direct patient care. A portion of their time is allocated to providing care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses, particularly among older adults, ensuring accountability for patient outcomes and coordinating care across hospital, skilled nursing, and homebound settings. The remainder of their time is dedicated to leadership duties, including mentoring PCPs, leading care teams, fostering a strong clinical-operations synergy, and partnering with center operations to drive financial performance and membership growth.
Current employees can apply via the internal portal. Current contingent workers should refer to the specific job aid for application instructions. For new applicants, please note that the role requires initial training lasting two weeks, with potential for occasional regional and national travel for recruiting or training purposes.
At ChenMed, our employees enjoy great work-life balance and opportunities to grow. We offer comprehensive benefits, career development, and advancement opportunities. We are committed to building a diverse team that makes a difference in people's lives every single day.
