The Director of Supply Chain Management serves as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all supply chain activities at RRMC, from procurement of supplies and equipment to complex capital acquisitions. This role is pivotal in driving cost management, revenue enhancement, and supplier diversity while ensuring strict compliance with organizational, state, federal, and local regulatory standards.
A core component of this position is facilitating RRMC's ongoing participation in the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and the Northeast Purchasing Collation (NPC). The Director will partner with department leadership to operationalize strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate cost management and charge capture. Success in this role requires a deep commitment to superior customer service and the ability to navigate the unique financial and operational landscape of the healthcare industry.
