As the Sr. Manager, AI Transformation for North America, Marketing, you will serve as the primary engine of AI planning and execution for the division. Your mission is to lead the next phase of expansion, empowering the workforce through Advanced AI tools embedded directly into daily workflows. You will drive horizontal democratization to raise the baseline for all marketers while simultaneously executing high-impact technical projects that push the ceiling of what is possible.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical agent orchestration and executive strategy. You will scale AI utilization across the region, lead hands-on workshops that move beyond theory into daily practice, and build "sticky" use-cases that integrate AI into existing tasks. You will also identify opportunities to deploy autonomous AI Agents to replace manual operational planning and automate content creation at scale. Beyond execution, you will act as the primary risk gatekeeper for AI initiatives, ensuring all projects meet global and regional compliance standards while tracking tangible financial gains.
Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world. We are dedicated to ensuring that each individual can be their authentic self, is treated with respect, and is empowered by leadership to contribute meaningfully to our business. We foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
