About the Role
You'll be the connective tissue between our utility clients, consulting teams, and AI engineering—understanding what users need, translating that into clear requirements, and ensuring our AI products are well-documented and easy to adopt.
This is a hybrid role that blends business analysis, user research, and technical writing. You'll spend time with consultants and clients understanding their workflows and pain points, work with product and engineering to shape solutions, and create documentation that helps users succeed.

Requirements
- verified0–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, UX research, technical writing, product management, or related field

Nice to Have
Exposure to AI/ML concepts and/or enterprise software. Experience with Oracle Utilities applications. Public portfolio showing demonstrated experience with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) or AI-native applications. Comfort with ambiguity. High agency.
