About the Role
We have an immediate opening for a Director to join our St. Cloud Skilled Nursing Office in Waite Park, MN. This unique opportunity is designed for a candidate eager for growth who wants to apply their energy and skills in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
As a Director, you will become an integral part of a caring, professional team instrumental in providing the highest quality care. You will serve as the embodiment of The BAYADA Way, representing our network of home care professionals to various audiences across the nation. Your day will involve managing and growing the office, supporting your team, and keeping abreast of industry and community trends to drive referral opportunities. You will ensure compliance and client satisfaction while fostering a culture of education and training.
