About the Role
This position serves as a strategic partner for the Program and Study Management (P&SM) function, driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement from initial planning through final implementation. You will actively shape the P&SM strategy while leading functional management activities, utilizing strategic thinking to influence the long-term direction of the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team.
Your day-to-day involves identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhancing team efficiency, and ensuring that operational workflows effectively meet complex business needs. You will collaborate with the P&SM team, GCO sub-functions, and cross-functional partners at both regional and global levels to align on strategy and execution. A key part of your mission is to inspire the Global Clinical Study Management team, fostering the technical skills and competencies necessary for efficient study execution while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, compliance, and data integrity.

You will work within a global environment that champions a unified mindset to enhance collaboration and consistency across BeOne. The team is dedicated to establishing and enhancing BeOne's reputation and capacity for successfully delivering clinical studies. By partnering with the Optimization Head of P&SM, GCPL, and gCSM groups, you will support global study teams in executing high-impact clinical trials.
