This position serves as a strategic partner for the Program and Study Management (P&SM) function, driving operational excellence and innovation from initial planning through implementation. The role is designed to shape the long-term strategic direction of the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team while leading functional management activities. You will act as a catalyst for continuous process improvement, ensuring that operational workflows not only meet business needs but also enhance the quality of clinical study delivery.
In this capacity, you will inspire the Global Clinical Study Management team to elevate their technical skills and competencies. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of clinical study execution, ensuring strict adherence to patient safety, compliance, and data integrity. By establishing and enhancing BeOne's reputation for successful study delivery, you will help build a culture of continuous learning and operational agility across the organization.
