The Director of Payroll serves as a key leadership bridge between Payroll Managers and the Vice President of Payroll, translating payroll strategy into operational execution. In this role, you will provide leadership, governance, and process discipline across payroll operations while driving continuous improvement, compliance, and service excellence. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex payroll issues, audits, and inquiries, ensuring that our payroll function remains a model of accuracy and integrity.
We foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service within the payroll function. As a leader, you will coach and develop payroll talent through performance management and succession planning, partnering with the VP of Payroll on organizational design and staffing decisions to build a high-performing team.
