Key Responsibilities
- check_circleExecute North American make-or-buy strategy in collaboration with site leadership
- check_circleEstablish and maintain Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- check_circleDevelop and execute regional purchasing strategies for material categories
- check_circleLead major supplier negotiations, contract awards, and framework agreements
- check_circleEnsure efficient installation and customer service delivery
- check_circleManage regional production and material planning to meet cost and delivery commitments
- check_circleOptimize end-to-end logistics flow from supplier through production to customer
- check_circleImplement and govern global and regional KPIs for supply chain and planning performance
- check_circleDrive a culture of continuous improvement, cost discipline, and cross-site collaboration
- check_circleAccelerate supply chain parts delivery times to support data center solutions growth
- check_circleProvide functional leadership to Customer Service, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics teams
- check_circleCoordinate intercompany material flows, shipments, and customs-related activities
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business or engineering or 10 plus years equivalent Supply Chain Management experience
- verifiedSAP Experience
- verifiedCPM certification strongly preferred
- verifiedS&OP Experience
- verifiedAPICS Certification strongly preferred
- verifiedMinimum of 10 years' supply chain management experience in an electro/mechanical/machining manufacturing environment
- verifiedPurchasing experience of large complex machinery based on engineering specifications
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret technical engineering drawings, specifications, Bills of Material
- verifiedExperience in preparing request for bids, evaluating bidders, and expediting vendors
Nice to Have
CPM certification, APICS certification, previous Customer Service experience
