As a Director of Sales, you will join a hands-on player/coach leadership team responsible for driving performance and shaping the future of our sales organization. This role is designed for someone energized by developing high-performing teams and thriving in building structure, sharpening processes, and driving predictable revenue results.
You will lead and develop a small but growing team of Account Executives, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution. Your day will involve refining forecasting and pipeline management, establishing a repeatable sales motion from discovery to close, and partnering cross-functionally with Marketing and Client Success to align on go-to-market strategies. While this is a leadership role, you will remain closely connected to the sales motion, engaging directly with prospective clients to support high-value opportunities and model effective behaviors.
This is an onsite role in Lincoln, requiring dynamic daily interaction with the sales team and regular alignment with cross-functional leaders to ensure consistent processes and strategic execution.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a track record of building systems and leading talent. The interview process is designed to assess both your strategic vision and your ability to collaborate in a hands-on environment. Candidates selected for late-stage interviews will be invited to visit Lincoln for a company-paid trip to meet the team and experience our culture firsthand.
